WLC - VBS 2021: DESTINATION DIG - UNEARTHING THE TRUTH ABOUT JESUS
We are so excited to see you at VBS! Check-in will begin at 3:45 pm. Please enter through the front doors. Monday, we will be serving hot dogs for dinner or PB&J! Please pick up your child from the church sanctuary at 7 pm. We are looking forward to seeing everyone. We will be taking pictures throughout the week to share over social media. If you do not want your child’s picture shared, please let someone know at registration. If you have any questions, please call or text Lois at 815-228-3718.

Monday's Lesson
Jesus Came as God Promised (Isaiah 7:14; Micah 5:2; Matthew 1:18–2:6)
Hundreds of years before Jesus was born, God told prophets to write about His plan to send His Son to be our Savior. Many years later an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph. The angel told him Mary would have God’s Son, and they were to name Him Jesus. Just as God promised, Jesus was born in Bethlehem. God promised He would send His Son, and He did.
Tonight at VBS, kids will enjoy making new friends, learning new songs, making exciting crafts, and playing some games.
